Adscripción a la docencia en la carrera del Profesorado de Inglés: práctica de afiliación y de formación docente

La última década, ha habido un notorio incremento de la cantidad de estudiantes que ofrecen asesoramiento y orientación de pares bajo la figura de adscriptos a la docencia en el marco de la carrera del Profesorado de Inglés de la UNMDP. Por ello, intentaremos interpretar la tarea del adscripto en tanto experiencia de aprendizaje-servicio o experiencia de conocimiento. Esta investigación se focaliza en dos cuestiones medulares. Por un lado, trataremos de analizar las prácticas que conducen a la afiliación tanto intelectual como institucional, no sólo de los estudiantes que reciben el acompañamiento de los adscriptos sino también para los propios adscriptos. El segundo aspecto a indagar es el concepto de práctica. A
través de una encuesta y grupos focales a los adscriptos del ciclo lectivo 2015,
intentamos interpretar el carácter formativo recíproco de estas prácticas para los actores sociales en cuestión
