Prática reflexiva: estratégias de formação inovadoras na Cantabria, em Coimbra e em Padua

Resumo

Apresentamos uma investigação sobre o estágio pedagógico na Universidade da Cantábria, na Universidade de Pádua e no Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra. Este artigo centra-se nas estratégias de formação reflexiva implementadas nestas três instituições, analisando em pormenor a implementação das seguintes estratégias: observação e entrevista, microensino, tutoria entre pares e estudo de caso. Metodologicamente, enquadra-se no paradigma qualitativo e a produção de dados baseou-se na informação recolhida em 14 entrevistas semi-estruturadas a supervisores das três instituições e na análise de documentos oficiais. Os principais resultados mostram o valor destas estratégias para a formação de professores que baseiam a sua ação no movimento reflexivo e na investigação sistemática. Finalizamos o artigo destacando a conclusão de que os processos reflexivos mais potentes ocorrem quando várias dessas estratégias atuam em sinergia, favorecendo a reconstrução do pensamento e da prática dos futuros professores.

Doctora en Educación por la Universidad de Cantabria. Actualmente es profesora del Departamento de Educación de la misma universidad. Sus líneas de investigación incluyen: la formación inicial de los docentes y el prácticum, las dinámicas de inclusión y exclusión educativa y social, la voz del alumnado y la investigación participativa.
