The Field of Practice in Teaching Practice Stories.Dialogues between residents about their experiences in the classroom

Abstract

The Field of Practices of the Study Plans (2009) of the Faculty of Human Sciences proposed modifications in training in order to activate the capacities of teaching action in real, complex, uncertain and problematic situations that require articulated disciplinary and pedagogical knowledge and that generate professional knowledge of the teacher built from the practices. In this paper we focus on these high-intensity training effects developed with residents in institutional days at the end of 2023 where they took the floor to value their experiences in the classroom in the last year of their degree.
