Review process

Initially, articles are evaluated by the Editorial Team based on the relevance of the subject matter.

Submissions may be rejected outright if they do not align with the journal's objectives, fail to meet the required quality standards, do not address the call for papers' theme, do not adhere to established guidelines, or show evidence of fraud.

Once this initial stage is passed, the articles undergo evaluation by a review panel composed of specialists in the relevant field. Book reviews, final project reports, and miscellaneous items are exempt from this external review process.

The review process follows a "double-blind" system, meaning that the reviewers remain unaware of the author's identity, and vice versa. Members of the review panel will not be affiliated with the same institution as the article's author.

Evaluation focuses on the quality of the work based on conceptual rigor, academic relevance, originality, and clarity of presentation.

The panel will issue a recommendation for acceptance, revision, or rejection. In the event of conflicting assessments, a third review will be conducted to help resolve the article's status. Decisions made by the Editorial Team or the review panel are final and not subject to appeal.

The Editorial Team will inform authors about the evaluation and editing processes and reserves the right to include articles that, by the editorial closing date, have received approval without reservations from two reviewers, in the interest of managing the editing timeline for each issue. Furthermore, the team reserves the right to make stylistic corrections and editorial changes deemed necessary to improve the work and address unforeseen issues.
