Abstract

Los anestésicos inhalatorios inducen hipotensión, hipoxia e hipotermia. La hipotensión intraoperatoria puede causar injuria isquémica y lesión renal concomitante. Los biomarcadores renales, urea y creatinina, no presentan la sensibilidad suficiente para detectar daño renal agudo en caninos. El desarrollo de IRA parece reflejarse por una pronunciada elevación de lalipocalina asocia asa de neutrófilos (NGAL)
