Defense and debate on the Public University: necessity and urgency in Argentina today

Abstract

Brief analysis of the current situation of education and public universities in Argentina in a context of crisis. The author characterizes the present moment from the defunding and discrediting of public affairs by a national government that comes after everything. To do so, she takes as a starting point the University Reform of 1918 that allowed us to have the current university system.
