Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of learning from philosophy. In this regard, we propose to draw a path that has as its axis the relationship between the learning process as a generic process and the exercise of writing as a specific practice. This implies, in first place, getting rid of the logocentric conception of writing that not only dominates the field of philosophy “since always” but also from educational practices where this logocentric conception is reflected in a way in which it is the teaching of writing crystallizes in institutions. The concept of attention that we take from Bergson’s thought will help us to rethink this exercise from a perspective that reconstructs the importance of writing. Likewise, the philosophy of Rancière and Jacotot will allow us, finally, to return to the problem of learning in its relation to the practice of writing.
