Claves para pensar la diversidad cultural y la inclusión educativa

Abstract

Desde hace tiempo la “diversidad cultural” y la “inclusión educativa” constituyen temas recurrentes en producciones académicas, políticas e institucionales. En este artículo, propongo realizar un análisis sobre dichas categorías que permita por un lado, rastrear sus contextos de producción y circulación y, por el otro, documentar los sentidos dominantes con que se presentan tanto en las formulaciones de diversas políticas, planes y programas así como en las prácticas cotidianas de numerosos agentes. Para esto, en primer lugar planteo algunas notas contextuales en las cuales la diversidad cultural y la inclusión educativa se construyen como ejes de políticas educativas y en segundo lugar, abordo los sentidos relevados en torno a dichas categorías.

For time the “cultural diversity” and the “educational inclusion” become recurrent topics in academic, political and institutional productions. In this article, I propose to realize an analysis on the same ones, orientated to tracing his contexts of production and traffic, as well as the orientations of sense that turned in dominant into the orientations of policies, plans, programs and into the daily practices of numerous agents. That is why, on the first place I write some key contextual notes in which the cultural diversity and the educational inclusion are built up as main theme of the educational policy and on the second place, I study the sense looked through around these categories.
